1. Prior to moving to Lancaster, PA, Courtney worked in the rough-and-tumble concrete jungle of New York City Real Estate. She worked for 4 years as the Sales & Marketing Director for a ultra-luxury condominium development in Manhattan, brushing shoulders with some of the most successful real estate professionals in the country.

2. Courtney is a former collegiate athlete (Denison University) where she excelled in Tennis
