Hi! I’m Carissa Garpstas, a proud Pennsylvania resident for over 20 years and a graduate of Millersville University with a BA in Mathematics. After college, I dove headfirst into an exciting 8-year career in the hospitality industry, traveling to trade shows to promote the best of Lancaster County to international and domestic tour groups. Through this, I developed a deep knowledge of the area and all it has to offer, from its charming small towns to the must-see spots.

When I’m not showing homes, my husband Dave and I are busy keeping up with our five kids. You can find me at gymnastics, baseball, soccer, dance, or happily wandering a park or trail that conveniently leads to an ice cream shop. And speaking of convenience, if you need a coffee shop recommendation, I’m your go-to! I practically run on coffee and would love to meet you at my favorite spot.
