For me, real estate has always been about people first. After more than 15 years as a real estate agent, I still believe the best client relationships are built on trust, honest communication, and really listening to what matters to the person sitting across from me.

I’m proud to help buyers and sellers throughout Lancaster County and the surrounding Central Pennsylvania area navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll make. Whether someone is buying their first home, preparing to sell a longtime family home, relocating to the area, or simply trying to figure out what their next move should be, I want them to feel confident and supported throughout the process.

Buying or selling a home can be exciting, stressful, and sometimes a little overwhelming. My job is to make it easier—to answer questions, anticipate problems, explain the options, and advocate for my clients every step of the way.

I bring more than 15 years of real estate, sales, and negotiating experience to the table, but just as importantly, I bring a very personal approach. I want my clients to feel comfortable calling me, asking questions, and knowing they’ll get a straight answer. No pressure, no runaround—just honest guidance based on what’s best for them.

Outside of real estate, much of my life revolves around family and fitness. My husband, Russ, and I have six adult children and a growing crew of grandchildren. We also own FORTIUS, a strength and conditioning gym in Lancaster, where I coach women and practice what I preach when it comes to staying strong and active.

I love traveling, being outdoors, hiking, skiing whenever I get the chance, and spending time with the people I love most. And if there’s water nearby, there’s a pretty good chance that’s where I’ll be happiest.

At the end of the day, whether I’m helping someone buy a home in Lancaster County, sell a property they’ve owned for decades, or simply understand their options in today’s real estate market, I want them to know they have someone they can trust from beginning to end.
